Какие требования к мёду по стандартам? Можете написать мне firstname.lastname@example.org
Не думаю, что вот так всё просто.
Евгений, было приятно пообщаться с вами вчера.
Я выложу требования к мёду здесь и отдельно отправлю вам на почту:
b) Please see attached file.
The government administered Positive List (Maximum Residue Limited) for food in 2006.
All items are in Sheet 1 and the uniform standard is 0.01ppm.
In addition, not detected items are in Sheet 2.
Based on this, we can import food material from aboard.
And there are special standard for honey in above items is Sheet 3.
These standards were set especially based on other country’s standard for ex.EU or USA etc...
Above is basic Japanese standard.
However, actually, our government will not analyze all items.
Government will pick sample up from cargo which is imported at random and inspect particular items which are likely to use for honey. These items are Sheet 4.
In short, we must meet Japanese regulation which is Sheet 1,2 and 3.
But the government will inspect items in Sheet 4 only.
So, we are inspecting these items in the third party or our client’s laboratory to minimize risk.
Of course, it cannot be denied that some antibiotics or chemical residues will be detected in Japan if the result of the third party was OK.
However, the risk should be minimized by inspecting the third party or our client’s laboratory before shipment.
As sheet 5, there’s mentioned the difference between the Japanese general regulation and KATO because this client has own regulation.
Above is the Japanese regulation.
Hope it is understandable for you all.
